Haha, i just realised i still owe ALOT of post... ISAC, 1st Chro Sentosa (omg ><), 08 Sentosa.

So nvm! lets just clear the one that i have pictures on =) (boring pictures thou)

ISAC 2008! 5th jul

I was the "road usher" for a loooong looong road from tanan merah ferry terminal to SAF yacht club (together with benedict) in which teams have to walk like 30 mins to finish it ><. Whats more is that the weather was like BBQing us to death and we had to ALSO walk our way to station there... for a boring few hours of waiting for the teams to pass by.

And wad do we do when they pass by? "This way, keep to the side of the road, drink more water, jia you and have fun!"

Luckily, i brought my physics homework to do there and i managed to clear a few chapters there =x. or else i wud have bored to death. I also brought harmoc to practice there but realised that i have only 1 bottle of water... and i m near finishing it when i reach the place im supposed to camp at... so i practiced abit only ><

O yea, on our way we saw a dead snake on the road (most probably rammed over by a truck, as trucks pass by that road very very frequently) and yea, i even took a picture of it! haha yucks right =x. and also i took a few pictures of the place we camped at, which will be displayed at the end of this post =x

After we received the msg to go back, we walked back along that long long road, but this time the sun wasnt out... it was the rain (Weather changes pretty fast erh?) at first it was a drop... then another drop.. then we saw infront the rain coming towards us... luckily benedict brought poncho and we shared it to cover our bags and walked our way to meet the others for the bikes.

The cycling part ah... was totally wonderful... Try cycling in bombardments of raindrops and a bag full of HOMEWORK... of cuz the homework gged... (managed to oven it to dryness again at home thou)

But yea, i must admit its a totally fun ride to cycle in such cooling weather while not being able to see the road clearly. There was once i dropped my (beloved) bottle and i immediately braked and turned, and the bike skidded like initial D stunts like that. Haha i was so impressed with myself =x Awhile before reaching the bicycle shop, the rain stopped and yea, i returned the bike and went to BK for lunch... just to realise they have NO STUDENT MEAL on sat.

Retreated back to the bike shop and joined kuan long and michele (our OGL for 08S08!) for lunch @ macs. On the way to macs, i saw the octave people having their nice sectionals outing! Hui Yong was learning to cycling. haha had a real short chat and yea went to buy the food.

When finishing our meal, the rest (literally the whole gang of pple that camped at East Coast area) came and we took bus back to NJ. (we were like drenched and abit not pleasant smelling on the bus, or at least i think i was ><)

From what i heard, there was some groups that pretty much lagged behind by alot and yea, the schedule was delayed abit i guess, that some that facils that was supposed to go to the botanic gardens went straight back to NJ.

Back at NJ, we settled down to wait for all the groups to arrive and complete their "abseiling" ("abseiling" because its done on a uneven rock wall? i tot its supposed to be done on flat vertical wall)

After all that waiting, the results came out and congrats to the group that won 1st and Norman's grp for winning 2nd! Haha everything ended pretty well but then there was a few arguments about the counting of timing... as i heard from my CJC friend that they got delayed alot of time while waiting for other groups to complete and they are pretty sure they completed the journey much faster than other groups if the waiting time was not counted. o well, i dun really know what happened but i guess they settled it themselves ><

OAC guys had a very fun Seniors VS Juniors soccer match! I heard that CHee Hao scored before i came and yea, when Terence joined the score restarted ><. then the sky was like turning dark and we all had difficulty spotting the ball lol. Blind soccer countinued until the seniors finally scored the golden goal to win the match 2-1 lol. Haha im so sry im noob in soccer and screwed up a few chances =x, but it was fun! haha

O ya, before playing the soccer i saw jaslin with ziyi doing something for their beloved terra house. Haha they are really enthu =). Went home with jaslin and xchanged our long day's happenings on the bus. Its really very nice to have someone travelling the same bus home with you so that u wun bore to death on it =)

Haha so this is the end of my short post on ISAC... 1 downed at least and YES, my blog finally has pictures on it =x.

Currently im not doing pretty well in my studies... and i really think i cannot handle 2 ccas... so yea, i might be quitting oac soon... It has been fun knowing all of u all OAC friends, seniors are friendly and juniors and sort of funny... and yea, we can still be friends after i quitted OAC right? Haha hope so ><
